PERSON
My Mom
She's the antidote to all of life's trials and tribulations.
PLACE
Trees. Lakes. Beaches.
(I grew up in Toronto, so I was fortunate enough to spend a lot of time in Muskoka - it's unbelievably pacifying.) And since I'm officially a westcoaster, the beach. If you're lucky enough to find yourself alone on a long stretch of beach, things just start to make sense.
THING
Breathing
I'm lucky enough to have a few things in my toolbox, but I suppose the common denominator amongst all of them is just ... breathing. Remembering the here and now. Being quiet, being still.
